Goosey, Goosey Gander
Goosey Goosey Gander is currently Soph's favorite nursery rhyme. So she was obviously pretty excited to see these guys (who we think are actually swans, but let's not burst her bubble...).

"kitten"
Why does Sophie think Oliver is so fascinating?
True, he's beautiful. He's playful. He's not afraid of dogs. And he has 3 legs. But we're not quite sure why she erupts into laughter when she sees him, pointing and shouting (usually too loudly), "kitten!" or "Ollie!"
We're just glad she loves him as much as we do.

As heard from the backseat of the car on our commute home yesterday:

and then it trailed off....
The funniest part was hearing that Martha has a middle name.

A weekend in Eugene, Oregon filled with visiting family and friends, lots of play with Sophie's cousins, and Daddy running the Eugene Marathon (21st place overall!)
