trickle treat
The anticipation of "trickle treating" (as Sophie calls it) with her cousins had to be mitigated by pumpkin carving and a viewing of It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.
Fortunately, the candy haul was no disappointment. In fact, Sophie's bucket was so heavy she couldn't carry it house to house by the end... This bodes well for Mommy, as the pilfering will be less obvious.
